Surrender a Pet

If you have made the difficult decision to surrender your pet please understand that your pet's safety and future are important to us too, trust that we will do everything that we can to help you and them.

Please complete the form below with as much information as possible. We will use this information to match your cat or dog to an appropriate foster carer.

If we are unable to take your pet in to our care we will assist you in finding a safe place for them with another local responsible rescue group.

Once you have completed the form below a volunteer with be in touch with you as soon as possible, however, please understand that we operate with very limited resources and have lots of requests for help.
