Please provide details of your pet's toileting routine. For example, have they learned to only toilet outside ? Do they use a doggy door? Do they need to be supervised in the yard or prefer to walked away from the property ? In the case of a cat, do they use a litter tray ? How many are they used to having access to, what type of litter is preferred etc ?

Does your pet have any behaviors, likes or dislikes that we should be aware of ?

For example.......Has your pet shown any signs of anxiety ? Excessive barking, obsessive behaviour, food guarding, fear of storms or men or bicycles etc ? How are they at the groomers ? Is there a particular business that they are used to visiting? How are they with other pets (cats and dogs) ?
