The cats shown below are all in need of a safe home, either on a temporary Foster basis, through Adoption or by joining your household as a 4 Paws Permanent Resident.

Please note, in line with Sunshine Coast Council guidelines, all 4 Paws Animal Rescue cats are to be kept as 100% indoor cats, unless supervised in a secure outdoor run, ensuring that they are contained to your property at all times.
Gypsy - PERMANENT CARE
At 15.5 years old, Gypsy's whole world was recently turned upside down when one elderly owner passed away and the other moved into palliative care.
She's been a much loved family member her entire life and is now transitioning into the cattery while she waits for her new forever home.
Gypsy has only been with us a short time and we're still getting to know her. However, we have discovered that she's an affectionate, sweet, gentle lady who loves to sit on your lap and enjoys a head scratch and a cuddle.
She loves to climb and survey her kingdom from up high and is surprisingly nimble and active for her age.
Given Gypsy's age, she will become a 4 Paws Permanent Resident which means that 4 Paws will cover her vet care for life, she just needs a secure home.

He's a very handsome young man with the sweetest nature, once he knows he's safe with you.
Mouse was found as a stray relying on workers in an industrial area to feed him before he was finally rescued. We don't know anything about his history other than he's approximately 1 year old.
Unsurprisingly, he was very frightened when he first came into our care, but has blossomed into an affectionate, gentle companion cat.
Mouse loves being close to his human. He's very happy curled up on your lap or beside you on the lounge. He will happily follow you from room to room like a little shadow, just to make sure you're still nearby.
He's discovering the joy of toys and playing.
He can be a little shy when he first meets new people, so he'll need the time and space to come out of his shell at his own pace. Give him a few days to settle in and you'll be rewarded with a loyal, loving cat who will bring a lot of joy to your life for many years to come.
